We had a great turnout for our February Brew Day and Meeting held at Five Windows Beer Company.

A variety of styles were brewed.  .The one common factor was the use of Dry Yeast by most of our members – quite a change from when most of us started the hobby.

The Pizza was popular – except for the Chicken…there was still several slices of that left… 

+St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser

 – Sales should go up on Monday Night – 2/12

   – Members: $45

   – Public: $65

 – Doors open at 5:00 pm

 – Dinner Served 6:00 pm

 – Donations:  while donations can be dropped off at the next meeting, that dose not give much time for the gift baskets to be made.  Mike G. will be sending out an   e-mail with times and locations where he can pick them up early.

 – As the our club offers “tastings” to our guests, we will be pouring unlimited ~2 oz samples to avoid waste.

 – We still need a few *sober* volunteers to help serve food.

 – Dave will arrange parking Tickets  for members
