*Amador fair wants to put info. in their entry book
When it opens, when it closes
Last year the entry fee was $15. Do we want to keep it the same.
Voted on and approved @$15 for entry fee.
We think there will be around 100 entries
Spoke to Lodi Brewing Co. and they are ok with the
drop off

Homebrew
Dates: Homebrew Judging will take place: 05/30/26
Opening for Homebrew is 04/20/26
Closing date: 05/21/26
(Mike needs time to get to Concord)
05/23/26 is organizing

Commercial Beer
$25 for entry voted on and approved for $25
same drop off as before
Opening for Commercial 05/18/26
Drop off & closing date 06/18/26
Organizing on 06/20/26

with serving.
Someone asked how much did we make last year?
$65 per person in 2024
$55 per person in 2025
*Members discussed and voted on keeping it at $60 for public
cost and $50 for members

$20 a bag for dinners to go ($20 for a whole corn beef) if there is
vegetables left they can be added
350 pounds will be ordered this year
360 pounds have been purchased in the past
**Requests to purchase need to be done at 4:30pm for corn beef
if you would like to order a whole corn beef for pick up after event.

*Brew members get first dibs on bags to go
*All the members will package up their own raffle gifts and bring
them ready to go at the event. Raffle staff will not be packaging
up items this year. So bring your stuff ready to go.
*We need someone to do the 50/50 Raffle
*Bill will bring the P.A. and a cart
*Andy will help Bill in the kitchen
*Cara needs to order glassware or do we go based off last years
numbers. It was decided that we will need to get the inventory
numbers to Cara for what we have left before Cara places the
order. Jim has the leftover glasses.
