We ask our guests to take some time to read and understand the information on this page before proceeding to the event page.

  • A ticket (printed or electronic) from the Brew Angels store is required for entry to the event.
  • Walk-ins or door sales available depending on online store inventory, there is no guarantee of tickets at the door.
  • un-ticketed friends, family members, etc. with a ticketed guest are subject to door sale availability as noted above, entry is not guaranteed.
  • Tickets will be refunded upon request up to seventy two (72) hours before the event.
  • Tickets can not be refunded at the door.
  • Guests will be wrist banded at the door and age verified.
  • Please be prepared to show identification upon request.
  • The venue has one chair per ticket, if you occupy a chair you must have purchased a ticket.

That’s about it for rules and regulations but we have some useful things to be aware of:

  • Refunds can be in full or partial, please email the store management to arrange a refund.
  • If the event sells out the organizers will offer a wait list, please email the event organizers to get on the wait list.
  • Please be considerate about the seating. We have exactly one seat available per ticket. Please do not use a chair for jackets, purses, etc. If you bring a baby or small child and did not purchase a ticket they will have to sit on an adults lap.
  • There is no room in the event for baby seats, car seats, strollers, etc unless a ticket was purchased for the child.

There is one last request that the Brew Angels have of their guests. As mentioned above there is exactly one seat per available ticket. When you arrive and get seated crowd in next to your nearest neighbor. Please do not leave empty seats between yourselves. Everyone wants to sit with their friends and family and the only way we can pull this off is for everyone to get friendly with your neighbors and crowd in.

Brew Angels and previous guests of this event please explain the seating challenges to your friends and guests. The Brew Angels are working hard to make this a fun and enjoyable event for everyone. We are a small group putting on a big event and we need cooperation from everyone.
