The September meeting will be on Saturday September 11 at 6:00pm, at the home of Paul & Shannon Harvey, in Galt.
The main issue to discuss this time of year is the pub craw, the crawl coordinator will report on the crawl planning.
Also, the NCHF is coming up and there will be Brew Angels participating, we'll spend a few moments on that.
It is scheduled, it is fun, it is a homebrew event not to be missed. All information is here.
Check out these pictures from last year!
The date has been chosen, Saturday November 13, 2010
The crawling area will be Sacramento/Roseville/Auburn, details still to be decided.
Compare beer styles against the BJCP style guidelines. It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the various beer styles and it's fun. The club is fortunate to have several BJCP judges who like to talk about beer!
The beer school assignment for September is Belgian & French Ales, category 16.
The assignments include commercial and homebrewed examples. If you have a homebrewed style for this month please bring it to the meeting.
If you would like to volunteer to bring commercial examples of a style please contact the school Principal.
Beer school assignments are the AHA club-only style for that month. The AHA doesn't have a club only competition every month so if you have a suggestion let the school principal know about it!
