The 2008 San Joaquin Fair Homebrew Competition will be at the San Joaquin Fair fairgrounds, located at 1658 South Airport Way Stockton, California
Dates to ship or drop off homebrew entries: May 1, 2008 to May 17, 2008
Competition date: Saturday May 31, 2008
Entry Fee $6.00, AHA sanctioned, BJCP style guidelines apply.

Judges and Stewards please note that the Longshot competition is happening on the same day, May 31. The SJ Fair competition will complete some of the flights during the previous week (May 25 to May 30). Uncompleted flights, label entries and BOS will occur on Saturday May 31. On Saturday a light breakfast and awards lunch will be provided.
If you are interested in joining us for judging during the week please email and let us know. All appropriate BJCP points will be awarded regardless of the day of participation.

Open to all United States homebrewers, Unlimited Entries, ONE (1) Entry Per Sub-Category
Each entry consists of three (3) Bottles, 12 oz. brown or green glass, free of commercial labels, raised marks of lettering, or other identifying markings that are not part of the official entry label. For Class 19 ONLY, three (3) 10 oz. bottles will be accepted. Clear glass bottles will not be accepted. Please attach with a rubber band (no tape or glue) a properly completed official bottle I.D. label.
The competition organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries not meeting the above guidelines or to consolidate classes, if warranted, due to low number of entries in a class. Entries become the property of the San Joaquin Fair and will not be returned.
