Bottle labels are not specifically required for commercial entries, any method of labeling is acceptable as long as it is readable. If you wish to use a typical homebrew label it is available here.

Entry to consist of a 6 pack or equivalent
Commercial Brews must be brewed on a commercial system by the exhibitor.
Brews entered must be available for retail purchase at the time of judging with the exception of “Seasonal Brews” must indicate when available.
